Q: How much does it cost to book White? And when do I need to pay the balance of my bill?
To secure our presence at your wedding we require a deposit of £200. This payment will count towards your final bill. We then ask for you to pay half the remaining bill one month before the date of your wedding and the full balance by the day of your wedding.
Q: I’ve decided on my package, but can I order any extra items or book you for longer on top of this?
For an additional fee we can add extra hours, wedding albums, prints, or whatever you like really. Extra hours can be booked as late as the day and extra products after the actual wedding if necessary. Contact us and we will send you a price list of what’s available.
Q: I really love the look of the Ipad deal, it would be great to take my photos on the honeymoon. Will everything be ready in time?
Where possible we will strive to get your photos ready for when go away. However, because of the time and attention we spend on editing your images they will not be ready until a couple days after your wedding. If your honeymoon is a few days after the wedding we should be able get everything ready for you in time. Head over to our Ipad page to learn more about this package.
Q: I want to view the images online from the wedding. How can I do this?
After your wedding we will provide your own private online gallery via our website. From here you be able to view all the images and make your selections for wedding albums and other products. This gallery will also be open to any family / friends who you want to see it.
Q: I’ve booked your £795 package, this includes a 20 page Graphistudio album. How many photos should I choose?
We advise you choose around 50 photos for an album of this size.
Q: do you have back up equipment available?
Yes we always have backup equipment on standby. Our photographers carry a spare camera body, several different lenses, a flash gun, and a tripod to cater for any situation that may arise.
Q: I’m not a fan of the old stuffy looking photographs from my parents wedding. How do yours compare?
Our style is a million miles from away from that. We prefer a contemporary approach to photographing your day. Our ethos is that it is your special day, and we are there to unobtrusively record each special moment as it unfolds. We cover most of your day in a style known as reportage, otherwise known as photojournalism. Essentially we aim to get natural un-posed shots that tell a story. However, we are sensitive to that many couples desire some posed group shots. We are happy to provide you with a series of such shots. Head over to the gallery to see some examples of our style.
Q: How are your services so affordable?
The simple truth is that this is what the market is missing! Carefully considered,stunning images at a great price. We also love attending the weddings themselves, they are just such fantastic occasions to be a part of!
Q: Do you charge for transportation
Inside the Liverpool area we do not charge for our transportation costs. For weddings further away we will charge a small fee to cover our expenses.
Q: What areas do you cover?
We are based in Liverpool and primarily cover weddings across Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. However we will consider weddings further afield on our higher end packages.
Q: You have a special offer advertising a free hand framed print with any bookings made before 31st of April. Does my wedding have to be before this date to the get the free print?
Of course not, your wedding can be any day up to and after the 31st of April. You only have to book before the 31st to get the free print. Check out our blog post on the topic.
